    Was this issue ever resolved for you? If not I would recommend temporarily disabling the AV in Blink, zipping up and password protecting the file that Blink is triggering on for NetPeeker, and then send it to malware@eeye.com in an email with the password you used. They should be able to send it off to Norman and have the false-positive fixed.
