eEye Digital Security

 Retina version 5.10.12.2090 freezes up during scans.  I generally get 82 of 265 complete before it stops.

Anyone know how to fix this?

Hi pseudo,

I would recommend you update Retina to the latest version (as of my posting), which is 5.10.14.  The latest version addresses issues surrounding certain customer environments and improves the scanners performance.

If you continue to see an issue with the latest version, I would suggest creating a support package via the Help Menu, and opening a support ticket via www.eeye.com/clients for us to review the data.

Thanks Brian, but I have had several problems with this over the last few weeks and updates dont help.  I resorted to scanning smaller address pools and hoping it wouldnt freeze.

 Figured it out.

If I select only the first four options under the options tab, it no longer freezes up.
