All Rules are GONE.

    All Rules are GONE.

    All rules are gone.  Firewall rules, intrusion prevention rules, identity theft rules & system prevention rules are all gone.  Obviously, having a firewall w/o any rules is absolutely useless.

    My system is:

    Windows XP SP3 completely patched.

    Blink 4.3.2 (most recent version, updated today).

    Blink license expires in February 2010.  

    All rules are missing/gone for the limited user (which is the user that accesses the internet).  Rules show up when the Administrative user signs in, but not the limited user.  

    Per the earlier posts that I looked up, I uninstalled Blink completely (except for the license), using the uninstall Blink in the Start Menu.  I deleted the eeyes folder in Program Files.  I used regedit to delete the eeyes folder in the registry w/ the exception of the elicense.  But nothing has changed.  I still have no rules showing up for the limited user.

    Please help me.

    Would it help to uninstall everything, including the license???  How will deleting the license affect me???

    Everything has been working fine for months until at least yesterday or today.

    You can either try resetting Blink's configuration (under the Tools menu) at the top of Blink.

    OR

    Un-install Blink, but if you do make sure you Transfer your license.  More information here:  http://forums.eeye.com/forums/t/946.aspx

    If you were NOT using a license (that you purchased), I would have recommend to you to try the newly released Beta 4.4.0 version.  However, since you have a license it will not work on a Beta release.  You will have to wait until it is out of Beta and then your current version will be updated to 4.4.0 via eEye's update servers.

     Can you try to delete this key: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\eEye Digital Security\Blink

    It may contain corrupt settings which in some cases can lead to incorrect pane sizes showing empty rule lists.
