 I have the program, but cannot complete the installation.  I receive Error: 1317, cannot create a C folder quarantine.  Are there any ideas on how to solve this installation issue?

To me that sounds like your either your account is not running with full Admin rights, or the downloaded Blink installation file is corrupted.  You might try to redownload your Blink installation package one more time.

I give it a try, thank you! I have a feeling that there is some antivirus/spyware program that is causing problems with the installation of the quarantine file.  I'll try a re-installation of the program, then look a little harder for some software conflicts.-Sean 

     That might be one possibility.  I know Blink does not like it when you combine other security products with it.  You could also check under your "Add/Remove Programs (in XP) / "Programs and Features" (in Vista) and see if there is anything security wise that may need to be uninstalled.  You might even try cleaning up your system with a free program like CCleaner or something first.  More information on that in another post located here:  http://forums.eeye.com/forums/p/752/3203.aspx#3203
