    Unable to install e-eye digital security blink professional

     I have just taken over a business, and they are using e-Eye Digital Security blink professional. They no longer wish to use the software, but the previous company refuse to hand over the password set to remove the software. How can I get around this without delving into the registry and mindlessly removing entries?!

         I have submitted a ticket through my Customer Support Portal asking if someone from eEye can assist you with this issue.

    Not that it is my business, but may I ask why the company no longer wants to use Blink Professional?  It is a hard to beat product for what it does and its reporting capabilities when used with REM.
