    No Remote Registry Access Available

     I run this Retina scan using a single IP and do not have this issue.  When run with a range of IP's i get the No Remote Registry Access Available.  I have looked at the log files, and I see some Err=5 as it trys all the local accounts, but I AM supplying credentials with my scan.  Why does this work with a single IP scan and not the range of IP's?

         Do you have any answers for this?  I do not have a clue how to answer this one.

    You might be looking at the wrong line in the logs. I'd look for a line with "retcreds" to determine the actual error. The line will indicate the credentials being used and the resulting authentication error. Perhaps 1326?

    I find it odd that 1 IP is fine, but multiples are not. I'd suggest you open a support ticket and send a full support package and indicate the date/time of scan with Single IP and date/time of scan with Multiple IPs so we can compare.

     Check this article against the servers that are failing. this helped with an issue I was having with not being able to access the remote registry.

    Also check and make sure the Remote Registry Service is running on the affected machines.
