    Dual-Homed Retina 651 Appliance

Is it possible to configure the 651 appliance as a dual-homed system?  I would like for the appliance to be on one subnet for scanning purposes, and another subnet for acquiring updates.  The appliance has two network interfaces, but the documentation for the appliance is virtually non-existent.

Yes, the 651 Appliance has 2 NICs, so you can use 1 for scanning and 1 for a management network. The scanning engine does enumerate the network routes and will know which NIC to use based on that. I'd recommend rebooting the appliance after you make all you necessary configuration changes.

The Appliance configuration guides are located on the Client Portal (www.eeye.com/clients).

    Mwhittek,

As bpatten stated the user guides are in the Customer Portal located at:  https://www.eeye.com/clients

Since you purchased that appliance, your are entitled to support via that portal.  It allows you to submit tickets, download other software related items, etc.
