Only installed 30 days, already being asked for license

I installed Blink about a month ago and am already being asked to purchase a license.  Being in Canada, my understanding was that I should be alright to use Blink for a year prior to purchasing a new license.  Is this still the case, or has it changed recently?

UPDATE: I should note I've also contacted licensing and a response is pending, but Blink is saying the license expires in just under 2 weeks, so I'm hoping to hear something soon.

    Brian, Nicula,

Can you confirm this?  Canadians should be able to use Blink Personal Edition for one year for free correct?

     That is correct!

We found some issues with our geolocation code on the licensing server and it has been fixed. Users from Canada should now be properly receiving their full year.

Hi Nicula, I still seem to be having that issue unfortunately, should I probably reinstall Blink and go from there?

I would completely un-install it and then download a new copy from:

    http://download.cnet.com/eEye-Blink-Personal-Free-Complete-PC-Security/3000-2239_4-10658343.html?part=dl-113677&subj=dl&tag=mncol

Version 4.4.1 should update to the latest version 4.4.2.

Two weeks after reinstall it's asking me again.  Going to email licensing to see what they say.

For some reason, the geolocation feature does not work properly in your case. Can you please go to this website and verify it is locating you properly?

    http://whatismyipaddress.com/

If it does, please send me an email at lnicula@eeye.com with your IP address as reported by the website above and I can look into our location feature to see why it does not work properly.
