I am sorry that you were not happy with Blink and decided to not continue to use it.
I would recommed installing Blink again from scratch and then attempt to remove it again. It sounds like the filesystem was corrupted the first time, therefor Blink is not going to let you remove it. After you re-install it, you may also try going into your startup setup for Windows:
Start > Run > "msconfig" and then go to the Startup tab. Deselect the box next to Blink to make it not start with your computer the next time you restart it.
Restart your system after this and then attempt to un-install Blink from your Add/Remove Programs.
