    Logging not working - Blink Professional (Trial)

    Hi

    I'm trialing Blink Professional with a view to buying Blink Personal (outside US).  I have a strange issue in that nothing is being logged.  I'm getting the pop-up box in the bottom-right for IPS, malware, etc. but when I click "more info" it takes me to the log viewer which is empty.  Also the .db file in the logs directory is 0 bytes.

    I ran a malware scan set to log only and during the scan loads of so-called trojans and exploits were found but nothing was logged to I couldn't do anything about it.  I'm wary of running a scan set to quarantine because of previous problems when I last tried this - it quarantined things but wouldn't restore them.

    I have some other niggles but these I'll post in a separate thread.

    I can confirm this is a bug in 3.1 Professional Demo which will be fixed in 3.2.

     In the meantime, you can fix this by copying the sqlite3.dll from Blink's folder to this folder:"C:\Program Files\Common Files\eEye Digital Security\Application Bus" and stopping and restarting the eEye Application Bus service.

    Thanks, that has fixed the logging problem.
    So now I have evaluated Blink Professional and decided I would like to purchase Blink Personal.

    One small problem
    • When I go to choose the country for my billing information, virtually every country in the world is listed, but not United Kingdom.

        Is this an oversight?

    I Used the web-form to send a message to customer support to point out that I'm unable to buy Blink Personal because "United Kingdom" is not in the list of countries.  This has now been returned to my email box as un-deliverable.  Can somebody from eEye raise this with Customer Support?

    Now that I look again at the list of countries I see "Great Britian"!  Last night I couln't see it, having looked for UK, Britian, England!
