Have you downloaded the latest version of Blink Professional (Blink 3.1.1 Build 1631) from your customer portal Product Downloads section? It does not look like your using the 3.1 version. Make sure before you uninstall the version you have installed now, that you go to the "HELP" drop down menu at the top of Blink, then to license management, and then select "Transfer License" which will remove the license from this installation so you can use it again when you install version 3.1. This should help with any issues you may encounter with the license when you reinstall Blink Professional. If you have any other questions, let us know.
