eeyeevnt.exe consuming more than 50% CPU on average in Task Manager

Blink Personal v3.2.1 causing Pentium 4 (Hyper threading) to be very very sluggish.

In Windows Task Manager eeyeevnt.exe consuming more than 50% CPU on average!

Even Disabling  All of Blink Personal Protection does not reduce the load.

Shutting Down Blink completely ALSO does not eliminate the problem, just reduces the load by 10% to 45+% CPU Load.

This has been the case for weeks and is so bad I thought there MUST be an update to address this... soon..

None has appeared, hence this forum entry.

    Anyone else experiencing this?

    Better still - any solutions?

No issues so far here - Latest updates... curentaly its running at 0% Mem Usage: 12,684

Was it running some kind of scan possibly?

Also have you tred a removal and complete reinstall?

Do you have the firewall in Passive mode by any chance?

One possible explanation is that the passive mode generates so many events that Application Bus - which is responsible for handling all log entries- simply can not catch up.

     Please let us know
