I had the free version of blink, and suddenly it stopped working, it said that there was an update did update and now have an error window with License Management Error at the top, below that is a message that says CRC error in file.
This product has worked flawlessly untill now, that is why I went ahead and upgraded to the personal version.
I uninstalled Blink then reinstalled, same thing happens when it tries to start, uninstalled again and then went to your site and purchased the personal version, downloaded it, then did install, same thing again, I am running windows XP Pro just FYI...... the error message says to contact at licensing@eeye.com pertaining to this problem.........sent this to this address found out it is dead, How hard would it be to remove this so people don't waste their time sending to this address, I waited 3 days for reply to find this out.
The lack of updating a simple email address in your product for customer service sure does not make me want to upgrade to your professional version, as this isn't professional at ALL.
