Hi,
I have tried and failed twice to update Blink over a dial-up
link. After the Antivirus engine downloaded I get the message:
"Access Denied: Update request is not permitted. In order to update
Blink interactively launch Auto Update from Blink's interface."
However, when I try an Auto Update I get the message:
"An instance of Auto-update is already running possibly the
result of a scheduled update. Please try later."
From the event error message reproduced below it seems
that there is a 3600 second time out on a task, and if this
is the cause of the failure then I have a problem with
downloading the 11.1Mb antivirus engine over a relatively
poor dial-up connection.
Please can anybody help?
