    Blink Personal License Issues

    I have sent 3 requests for licensing assistance on 19, 20 and 21 Nov 2007 with absolutely no response to licensing@eeye.com. 

    Hardly the way for a Company with such a good product to treat their customers.

    Doesn't anyone actually attend this mailbox on a daily basis and at least send a reponse  (obviously not) otherwise why have it at all?

    Come on eeye - how about looking after your paying customers!

    Hi Lorlas,

    Your licensing issue should already be resolved. The mailbox is checked on a regular basis and responses are sent in the order they are received.

    Hi bpatten,

    Thanks for the response - I have this morning already got 1 of the 2 machines back online with Blink installed and licensed.

    Also I feel relieved to be assured that the mailbox is checked on a regular basis.
