Did you try to restart your machine and go back to see if the issue is still there?
If you have already tried that, we may need some details to determine what the problem is:
1. OS you are running Blink on.
2. Do you have a full installer for Blink Personal Version 3.5.6 or did you update from a previous version?
3. Do you have any other similar software installed?
