     How did you e-mail the blink.eap@eeye.com? Everytime I try I get denied and I have the same problem you mentioned above!

     Can you get to it if you completely shutdown Blink?  Some files (files that Blink is always "using" while it is running) require that you completely shutdown Blink before you are allowed to mess with them.  This is just my guess though.
