    Blink Does Not Start -> Error Starting Blinkrm COM interfaces

    We have a potential fix for this problem which can be sent to users having this issue for a fix confirmation

    Please send an email to blink.personal.eap@eeye.com if you want to try out the fix.

    This issue has been resolved in the latest version, but the official announcement of the final version 3.1 release (out of beta) won't be made until next week and will be posted to the "Announcements" section of the forum with proper release notes.  In the meantime, the full installer is available for download from the following location:

        http://download.eeye.com/html/products/blink/personal/installer/blinkconsumersetup.exe


    This has been released as a full installer only and will not be available via the online Auto-Update utility.  As promised, we do support an over-install of previous versions of Blink Personal (to include the beta) which will allow you to keep your existing configuration; this differs in some beta programs that require you to uninstall it when the final build arrives.

    We would like to thank everyone that participated in the 3.1 beta program and for the submitted bug reports and feedback.  It has helped us evaluate and improve the final release during development and internal testing.
