Upgrading from free trial to paid license

I've been using the free trial and didn't have any problem. The trial period expired and I paid for a 3-asset license.

I got an email from eEye confirming the order, and that email had the digital rights code (serial number). It's 6 groups of 5 alphameric characters. When I entered that code in the box that says "Insert Serial Number" I got an error message that said the specified serial number was corrupt. This was on my desktop running XP Pro.

I tried entering the serial number on my laptop, too (Also XP Pro). The text in the Upgrade your License window says that Blink would automatically restart to activate the registration. It didn't.

What's up? Any suggestions? I sent an email to

    licensing@eeye.com, and didn't get a reply.

When you entered your new license code, did you use the upgrade license feature under the "Help" menu at the top of Blinks main screen?

I would also recommend a fresh install of Blink myself (after you save a copy of your current configuration and its settings).  This is found under the "File" menu at the top of Blink's main screen.  You can export and import yours settings this way.
