Here is a good article that describes why you should NOT check the box in Blink under the Firewall tab "Allow IPv6 Traffic" unless you have IPv6 Traffic on your network.

That is exactly why Blink has that setting. Any IPv6 vulnerabilities -and we belive there are plenty waiting to be discovered- will affect systems having the IPv6 enabled even if IPv6 is not used.

From the top right go to Options >> Firewall Tab >> uncheck the Allow IPv6 Traffic box (unless you need it)
