Hi im with a problem with Blink Personal, I never obtained to install successfully

 in my Vista Home premium SP1 (e I tried 5 times!!!), the installation

process runs well but when the Blink process starts the firt time after the

installation gives me a critical error and cant continue, i´ve try evething

i found in the Product Knowledgebase and every forum i found about Blink and

nothing!! try to use the diagnotic tool but nothing again, i read a review in Virus

Bulletin and i loved to try this security suite! Help me please, thanks

I download the free version in a vista home premium sp1 (portuguese language) new hp laptop and i did all the recomendations post in the oficial site..
