    Outlook Email

     I get error {x8004210a} in outlook 2003 on both my and my wife's PC's.

    Just started today.

    It will send but not receive emails in outlook 2003.

    She has xp, I have Vista,

    When i shut down blink everything works fine.

    It is something with the antivirus scanning

     Does it work if you  disable the Intrusion Prevention Engine only? (keep AV enabled)

     What ISP are you using as your mail server?

    What kind of authentication method are you using, plain text or others?

    made note this occured when he said his email contained a large movie file attachment.  He noted this had occured in the past and it was fixed, but no one said what the issue was.  Any chance this may be occuring again or this is a similar issue?
