    Licensing problem

I'm having an issue where Blink will not take my serial number.  I have sent several emails to licensing@eeye.com but have not received a reply in over a month.  The issue has been ongoing since October.  I bought a 3-pack and have installed it on one machine.  It will not install on the other two machines.

Could someone at eEye please look into this?  I can provide the original order number.

    Thanks,

    Jamie

I will see if I can get someone's attention to help you with this.  In the meantime, make sure you follow these steps each time you uninstall or re-install Blink to avoid this problem again in the future:

Once they read my ticket in my Customer Portal they should hopefully be helping you.  It still has not been looked at yet.

Alright, good to know.  I went ahead and told them to close my ticket then.

    Re: Licensing problem

Well I thought I was getting somewhere but the communication has ceased once again.

I was told to try my original serial number one last time and it worked on the 2nd system but it still will not work on the 3rd.

I replied telling exactly that but have not heard back and that was over a week ago.....

Two weeks since their last reply.  Could someone from eEye please help me out?  4 months is a long time for a simple issue like this to go unresolved.

    Re: Licensing problem

Correct me if I am wrong,  your license has been given one more install, but it seems that you require more than that.

On how many more systems do you need to install it?

    Re: Licensing problem

I purchased a 3-license pack.  I have it installed on two systems which should give me one more activiation.  One of the systems was formatted due to OS corruption and I was not able to move the license from the machine.  Although, this has been an issues since we purchased the software. I have NEVER been able to use more than two licenses.  I need one more activitation and then I'll be all set.
