Scheduler Error

    Scheduler Error

    I have had two occurences of a "Scheduler Error" show up in my log.  The Event ID is "Blink-ENG-601".  The description requests to send the "debug_syncit.log" to support; however, I have not located a way to do this.

     Any suggestions?

    Go to start/programs/eEye digital security. click on "eEye diagnostic tool.

    look thru the various menues at top and click on the verification tab. 

    Put a check in the check syncIt box and click on run jobs on the left side menue.

    After the job is run click on submit ticket. this will start you email program with the results zipped and the support address is automatically added.

    I don't have a "Submit Ticket" (or can't find it).  Where is this located?

    It's located directly under the run jobs on left side menue.

    Nope, all I have is "Run Jobs" and "Clear Output".  I am running the "free" download; I wonder if that makes a difference.

    I have been thinking about buying the "three-pack" so I could put this on some other systems at home.

    I ran the diagnotic tool and the following was output:

    Even though the message indicated SyncIt is installed I still wanted to send the report because I am receiving the "Scheduler Error" in my log file.  I also do did not find the "Submit Ticket" option under "Run Jobs.

    Why is this option not available?

    All I have is "Run Jobs" and "Clear Output" also.

     Let me know if you find out anything about where to submit this tgz file.
