 Retina tool reported that default SNMP community name on few servers at the end of scanning.But then when i checked manually, i found out that the reported servers dont have default name,instead have very complex community name.

If anybody could help me out in finding the reason for such a false reporting, it would be great.

I would suggest that you open a support ticket via www.eeye.com/clients since you're a paid Retina customer. You'll need to also upload a Support Package, as noted in our knowledgebase: http://www.eeye.com/html/support/kb/view.html?id=KB000799
