Windows Security Center on 64-bit Vista Reports Blink Virus protection is Turned Off

Every time I boot my computer Windows Security Center reports that Blink Virus protection is turned off.  When I check Blink, it shows Virus and Spyware Protection as on.  Is this a bug or do I have a possible configuration problem?

Here's the info on the version of Blink that I'm running.

Blink Personal Version 4.4.2, Rule version 1548
    AntiVirus Version 1.0.800
Vulnerability Scanner version 5.10.15, Audits version 2147

I am running the 64-bit version of Windows Vista.  It is up-to-date with all of the latest service packs and updates.

I have the same OS and version as you.  It is a bug and I turned off the Windows Security Center (and its service) completely so it would not bother me anymore.  Quite frankly, it is useless in my opinion.
