    uninstall

     did not renew with BLINK. Uninstalled from add/rmove programs. Tried to delete for progam file on hard drive and was denied. when my computer starts up a small screen pops saying "License mangement, enter serial number. How do I completly remove "BLINK" from my computer.

         I am sorry that you were not happy with Blink and decided to not continue to use it.

         I would recommed installing Blink again from scratch and then attempt to remove it again.  It sounds like the filesystem was corrupted the first time, therefor Blink is not going to let you remove it.  After you re-install it, you may also try going into your startup setup for Windows:

    Start > Run > "msconfig" and then go to the Startup tab.  Deselect the box next to Blink to make it not start with your computer the next time you restart it.

    Restart your system after this and then attempt to un-install Blink from your Add/Remove Programs.

     Thanks for replying, I do not have a valid serial number to enter and it won't take my old one, says it is invalid? Please help if you can.

         Alright, did you already use Blink Personal Edition for its free one year period?  Or did you just buy a license for it from the start and it has expired?  If your from the US and Canada you should be able to use Blink Personal Edition for one year free.  When you are prompted for a serial number, you simply click on Next and then it should prompt you with the notice about the free period beginning.  After that I think you click on Next one last time on the license screen and Blink will continue on.

     i bought it, downloaded it and blink sent me disks in the mail. nothing seems to work????
