I have been unable to update the Blink Personal antivirus engine on my desktop since version 1.0.353. When I check for updates, the downloads for eEye Auto-Update and Application Bus go fine, but the 15.2MB Antivirus download goes extremely slowly and eventually times out I have not gotten past 1.2MB.
I have verified that my high speed connection is good, and have pinged several different sites with good results. My laptop, running Blink also, seems to have updated fine to 1.0.356.
I tried your update servers at update02.eeye.com/UpdateServer, update.eeye.com/UpdateServer/ and sec.eeye.com/UpdateServer/
Any suggestions? Is it possible to download the Norman files separately and manually update?

It has been about 24 hours since my post above. Does anybody from eEye monitor/respond to these posts? You've obviously updated the Antivirus files again, because now my laptop is timing out trying to download a 15.5MB update.
A response would be appreciated.

Despite the slow connections at eEye, both my computers were able to eventually update, after multiple time-outs.
