    Licensing

     Greetings from Australia!

My client just bought 2 3-asset Blink personal licences, but when I went
to install them on the 5 computers he has, I got the following error:

(Oh, and it was the 2nd computer of each license, not the 4th!  I understand why only 3, but not only 1)

    Error

Unfortunately, I can't read what website I'm supposed to go to..  Please
    help.

    Blessings,
    Stuartt

PS: I emailed this to Inicula, dr.support and licensing, but Inicula and dr.support both bounced..

It looks like you received two single license serial numbers instead of two three-pack ones. Someone in support will contact you shortly to sort this out.

Thanks, Dave Alfaro has been in touch.  Thank you for the prompt response!

This reinforces my point that the ONLY thing I've had trouble with with Blink is the licensing...

And I've just realised that your name is LNICULA, not INICULA!  :)  This font is confusing..

Hi I am having the same problem with a single 3 asset license I purchased 2 days ago. I have tryed to contact you using 2 different email addresses I got off your site but neither worked. I hope you can get someone to help me.

    Thanks

    Re: Licensing

     Stuartt,

I just purchase a license for 3 assets (machines) and have exactly the same situation. The screen results are identical as well. I've been using the free Blink for  one year and now it's time to renew. I received this error on my first machine. The next morning (same machine) it's asking for the same reg information.

Maybe I'm wrong but all I did was copy the new serial that I received from Eeye, pasted that into the registration form and thought I was good to go.

The next morning, I get the registration window popping up asking for the same info. I re-enter the information and it allows me to get to step 3 where I would transmit the info to Eeye but tells me, I have already used this serial....DUH.

I can't believe I must wipe the existing installation and then reinstall. I won't be a happy camper.

Come on Eeye, please resolve this issue.

    Reguards,

    Doug

It's a problem with their supplier, they give you 1-asset SN's instead of 3-asset ones. ... I can't believe it hasn't been resolved yet!

    Re: Licensing

eEye, responded to my request very fast and resolved the problem. There was no mention of how this will be handled publicly. My guess is, it's already underway.

Thanks eEye, I appreciate the quick response and a very fast fix to the this situation.
