    DHCP Datagram fragmented packet

    I just started using Blink Personal v3.5.7 on my WinXP machine. Forgive me but I know very little about PC security but I am trying to learn. I have not changed (or created) any of the default rules to my knowledge. However, my wife may have inadvertantly created a rule to block something. I am using Outlook and cannot send any email. I am able to receive email though. I even tried the Webmail provided by my ISP with the same result. I reviewed all of the rules and (with my level of understanding) did not see anything that stood out as a probably cause. When I look at the log, I see the following entry listed about 24 times each minute.

    4/20/2008, 9:39, BLINK-BAM-1405, UDP, DHCP, Datagram fragmented packet, The DHCP Datagram is fragmented. This could be the sign of a DHCP related attack. Blink,3.5.7, 0,XX.XXX.XX.XX, Attacker IP=XX.XXX.XX.XX; Action=Dropped; Victim IP=XXX.XXX.X.XX;Alert=Yes;Protocol=IP;

    I replaced the IPs with X's in this posting because I don't even know if it is safe to make this available (its okay to laugh at me).

    Any help is greatly appreciated,

    Bill
