Interesting..
I have heard other changes are coming soon also...
Have you ever had really big system hangs with BLINK... Lets say 3-10 seconds..
-
Not in Opera per say but I think many of us have seen that type of issue here and there before - i think the IPS is very picky and from update to update they tweak it for better performance...
Everytime I have submitted a log set to them they have responded very quickely to my issues..
-
Having talked to them yesterday about this I believe its going to be later this month..
I am running 64bit WIN7 on two machines right now - Dell workstation laptop and a tiny little Lenovo S10 netbook - both are also running AV from another company with no issues so far - but I also would like to try out Blink...
Interesting part about ...
-
Perfect - thanks for the update...
-
Not sure why i cannot find a post about this supposed issue we might have tomorrow... but....
If we are running blink are we already scanned and covered - or would we need to search through the pile of info on a Vulnerability scan and fix it all to be protected?
-
I will agree that some of the vulnerabilities are just impossible to rid yourself of.....
Thou if you look some are embedded in older aps - i am not even sure some of these can be solved without removal of tha app package..
-
Was this the POP email stuff?
-
Agreeded - totally normal since day one...
BLINK just is differnet than other types of Security Software... there are little differences like how it updates etc that most all of us here have shown concern about only to be assured that we are all still fully protected.
-
I would assume as we get closer this will be solved..
But I was hoping to try this sooner than later to get ready in case we move to 7

Are you running any backup, network syncing etc type applications like Live Mesh or similiar?
