    As of Friday 8/28, !5:00 EST, neither of my machines can establish connection for the Blink component.  Error 12029 for 3 days.

    Thanks for addressing my question.  However, of the 2 posts you reference one is from 2007 and the "new" one is thirteen months old - one expects more up to date information these days. Is there any comment from eEye the vendor of this fine product?

  • Massive AV Updates

    Would you please explain why AV updates periodically are so much larger than at other times?  Most recent large one is 44+ MB and obviously they continue to grow in size.  I ask because usually your servers time out or provide "unexpected response".  This can happen for days before a full update is achieved.  Thank ...

     I would be glad to send a debugging log in order to help solve this problem.  However, on my machine Blink is installed on a D: drive instead of C:   In such a case will the enable/disable method for the log be different than what you have described?  Thanks.

    I also find version 4.2.0 is suddenly blocking inbound email (on two machines - both running Outlook 2003).  Only solution I have found is to disable all Blink function.
