    I am new to this forum, so sorry if you get this twice..  I read this recommendation, but my PC crashed so I can not follow these proceedures.  How do I transfer the license from the crashed PC to the New PC.

     How do you go about doing this if the computer that has the license has crashed and the PC is to replace this crashed computer?  I have been trying to find ways to do this online, or by contacting Tech Support but can not find a number to call to resolve this.

  • Networked HP Printer

    I have a printer that i am using as a networked printer.  In the intrusion protection, I am seeing a lot of errors from this printer and it will eventually stop my computer from being able to do things with this printer.  How do I put in a rule to allow any contact from this printers IP address so that it will not be blocked?
