Following your original directions, no matter how many times reboot was performed the same error message displayed.  If by details you mean for me to say all applications except Blink are running normally after upgrade to Windows 7, that is exactly the case.  I have been running without Blink, i.e. no virus, spyware, etc...protection, since the upgrade.  All other details of my current situation are in my postings. If eEye is unable to fix the problem so that Blink can become functional in Windows 7 without reverting to Windows XP, it seems that it will be necessary to purchase a competitor's application. Let me know if you have a solution!

Tried following your directions twice.  First time after Blink apparently installed successfull, double clicked on Blink icon, mouse pointer began spinning, then nothing.  Blink did not run. Second time tried to uninstall Blink using Windows Installer CleanUp Utility.  The CleanUp starter but never finished.  ...

 Uninstalled Blink using Microsoft uninstall tool.  Installed new Blink version.  Blink does not run after double clicking desktop icon.  No error messages display.
