    I tried your suggestion of restarting Blnk and got the same results. Still getting an "unknown error" on the attempted update of the Anti-Virus Engine and a "dependencies" fault message for Blink rules updates. I looked thru the synchit logs, not sure what's relevant, it looks...

  • Auto Update Failing

    Hello, I ran the everyday update yestersday and retrieved the latest release version 4.6.1. Today when I attempt to update, the eEye Auto-Update 2..4.42 completes ok as does Application Bus 3.0.03. However Blink AntiVirus Engine 1.0.927 fails and reports "Unknown Error" and Blink 4.6.1 fails...

    Users in my shared network have found an Agent.clt in their trusted list under the Virus and spyware management section. What is it and why is Blink automatically trusting it? I did an A2 scan on my computer and it found a Trojan-Dropper.Delf!IK. I am told that they are the same. Why is blink trusting...

  • Laptop out of hibernation: Virus Protection consumes CPU & disables wireless

    Problem situation 1) I have Virus Protections enabled and go into hibernation (by closing the laptop's lid). 2) Next, open the lid and wake up Windows XP Pro, SP3. 3) When Blink comes up the CPU runs at about 50% for 10-20 minutes, AND I cannot open my wireless connection until the CPU goes down...
